GTBHL Refund Policy

Team and player registration

There are no refunds on deposits for team entries

There are no refunds for $50 player or $10 EP registration fees

Individual registration

Requests for refunds must be by email.  Approved refunds are subject to the following administration fees and will be deducted:

• $30.00 will be deducted from ALL refunds if requested at least 2 weeks or more before the season begins.
• $50.00 will be deducted from ALL refunds if requested if less than 2 weeks before the season begins.
• No refunds issued after the season begins

(Please Note: Refund requests could up to 3 weeks to be processed)
