Game recap
And the first upset of the playoffs. The Danforth Knights were looking to be in great shape,as they would try to protect their 2-1 lead. However with just over a minute to go in regulation, Marcel Mallais would unleash a bullet, and there was no chance Corrado could stop it. The Lightning would tie the game, and game 2 would end in a tie, just like game 1. However with just 43 seconds in to overtime, Kyle Thomas would get the ball at centre, and put on some slick moves as he dangled 3 Knights and scored the game winner which should be on Ball Hockey Leagues Top 10!!!
The Lighting now will face the Toronto Monsters in the Semis, and this series should be a good one!!
