The Hollywood Express make their final stop, on their way to the Tier 2 championships!! This game was like a chess match as neither team wanted to give up the first goal. The first period went scoreless as pawns were moved around, and seemed the bishops and rooks were waiting to attack. Well the second period started, it was clear that the Express didn't want to drive back to Brampton empty handed, and would come out in the second scoring the first one of the night. Mitch Byrne would break the goose egg for the Express and that's all they would need. Chris Faria would shut down every opportunity the North York Leafs could muster, as he would earn the playoff MVP award with a great effort, leading to a shutout win.
Justin Cruz would hold his ground for the Leafs, but the Hollywood Express would showcase their complete game, and would add 2 more for insurance, which they did not need in the end. Good Job guys, and good luck in the Provincials.
