Game recap
WOW!!! What a game to start off championship night off at the Hangar. These teams traded chances, power play goals, and some great goaltending. The Rats had plenty of opportunies to put this away, but Allan Mak was incredible making save after save, including a Domenic Hasek like sprawling save. However it seemed the Dirt Rats were destined to finally lay claim to the T4 Championship. With the first OT winding down, the ball popped in front and all alone was Cole Macfarlane. He did not let this opportunity go, and as he put it by Allan, the Dirt Rats jumped for joy, as they are your T4 CHAMPS!!! Andrew Petrucci would take home the playoff MVP as this kid lit it up all season long.
